Job Summary
A university is seeking a Telecommute Medical Call Center Representative in Ann Arbor.
Must be able to:
- Provide top notch customer service through an inbound/outbound call center environment
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a timely and accurate manner
- Gather and verify patient information demographics, insurance information and authorizations
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must adhere to a high standard of personal and professional conduct
- Must be an active team player with the ability to work independently
- Reasonable clerical experience, including familiarity with MS Word and Excel
