A university is seeking a Telecommute Medical Call Center Representative in Ann Arbor.

Must be able to:

Provide top notch customer service through an inbound/outbound call center environment
Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a timely and accurate manner
Gather and verify patient information demographics, insurance information and authorizations

Position Requirements Include:
