Job Summary

The leader in providing emergency kits to dental professionals needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Care Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Departmental oversight of integrated physical CM team
• Ongoing evaluation of departmental operations
• Evaluate gaps in care management process improvement

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in clinical psychology, social work, nursing or related discipline
• Leadership role in medical care management or social work with responsibility for direct reports, clinical services and administration
• Experience leveraging access to NYC based, community resources and support programs
• Experience recommending, developing, implementing and evaluating outcomes, objectives, policies and procedures related to care management performance and quality improvement
• Experience developing work plans and organize work to successfully execute against timelines
