Job Summary
A health benefits company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Case Manager in the Nashville Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting a thorough and objective evaluation of the client’s current status
- Identifying opportunities for intervention
- Setting goals and time frames for goals appropriate to the individual
Qualifications for this position include:
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license and auto insurance compliance
- Minimum of five (5) years healthcare experience with at least three (3) years of clinical experience
- Registered Nurse with active license in the state of Tennessee
- Must have or be able to be licensed in multiple states if required
- Case Managers must obtain a CCM certification within 2 years of hire
