A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Case Manager in Weakley County.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing highly complex cases
- Performing the essential activities of case management
- Serving as a liaison between members, providers and internal/external customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must maintain a valid driver's license & auto insurance with minimum liability requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in the state of Tennessee or hold a license in the state of their residence
- 3 years - Clinical experience required
- 5 years - Experience in the health care industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC Skills required (Basic Microsoft Office and E-Mail)
- Required to take Certified Case Manager (CCM) examination when eligible
