Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Case Manager in Weakley County.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing highly complex cases
  • Performing the essential activities of case management
  • Serving as a liaison between members, providers and internal/external customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must maintain a valid driver's license & auto insurance with minimum liability requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in the state of Tennessee or hold a license in the state of their residence
  • 3 years - Clinical experience required
  • 5 years - Experience in the health care industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC Skills required (Basic Microsoft Office and E-Mail)
  • Required to take Certified Case Manager (CCM) examination when eligible
