Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based software for medical services is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Client Coordinator in Montgomery.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and/or anyone acting on behalf of the client regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for information
- Utilize appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examinee information and or retrieve information as needed
- Maintain daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow and pending report status
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Proven knowledge of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet
- Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
