A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Clinical Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage and be accountable for clinical and non-clinical professional employees and / or supervisors
- Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current unrestricted RN or LSW license in the State of NJ
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated ability with developing strategic plans
- Advanced use of Word, Excel and Power point
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to listen, empathize and effectively communicate
