A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Medical Clinical Operations Supervisor in Boise.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating performance metrics and expectations
- Conducting training sessions to educate staff on new processes and procedures
- Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with staff and perform quality audits
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel may be required both in state and out of state to visit providers
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of Telephonic Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of Healthcare background with a familiarity of Medical Terminology of Clinical issues
- 2+ years of Microsoft Word & Excel experience
- 1+ year knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
