Job Summary
A healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Coder IV.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing facility coding
- Performing Inpatient coding abstracting functions
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Coding Certification from AHIMA or AAPC
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge of ICD-10-CM and PCS classification systems
- Must sit for Certification exam within 90 days of hire and achieve a passing score
