Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Coders Recruiter .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing recruiting plans to staff Medical Coders and related candidates
- Coordinating and implementing various sourcing strategies
- Managing the candidate qualification process by sourcing, receiving & reviewing resumes
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years required as Healthcare Recruiter for Medical Coders
- Must have strong pipeline for candidates
- Must be a Team Player
- Extremely organized. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
