Job Summary

A healthcare revenue cycle management services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Coding Experienced Outpatient Auditor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Complete quality assurance reviews on internal or external outpatient coding specialists
• Assist with identification, implementation and monitoring of quality improvement action plans
• Communicate quality issues to management

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to field sites up to 25% of the time
• Must possess an approved AHIMA or AAPC coding credential
• Minimum 4 years’ coding experience
• Auditing experience in Outpatient Surgical, Professional Fee surgical/procedural and E/M plus HCCExcellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 7 years of auditing experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
