Job Summary

A medical coding company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Coding Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain an effective client relationship for the organization and build client trust
• Identify project, process and people challenges early and initiate appropriate action to address
• Manage financial outcomes (revenue and margins) for projects and reporting on results

Required Skills:

• Up to 10% travel
• Five to seven years experience in medical coding/billing
• At least three years in a management role
• Strong people management skills to include hiring, development and perfomrance management
• AAPC or AHIMA medical coding certification required
• All other requirements necessary for this position
