A medical coding company has an open position for a Telecommute Medical Coding Resource Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with internal constituencies to understand project staffing needs
- Managing the process for identifying resource needs for upcoming and existing projects
- Working cross-functionally to provide a forecast of resource demand by role and skill
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-year degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of medical coding principals, application of medical coding skills and credential requirements
- Understands the roles and skills required for medical coding
- Experience with performing resource planning, allocation, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills working with all levels of the organization
