An orthopedic care company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Coding Specialist Team Lead in Dayton.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, training, support, coaching, and guidance to team members
- Recommend ideas for change to management to improve work flow process
- Maintain and follows strict confidentiality guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to travel to onsite office for trainings as needed
- Extensive experience in all aspects of coding, billing, ICD-10, CPT, and medical billing software
