Job Summary
A cloud-based technology software solutions provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Device Customer Service Specialist in the Phoenix Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Initiating and receiving calls to/from patients
- Providing patient education regarding usage of in-home equipment
- Completing sales orders with accuracy and speed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Two years of call center experience or equivalent
- Quiet work-at-home environment free of interruption and distraction
- Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
- Must have high speed internet wired via ethernet connection, no Wi-Fi, satellite or hotspot
- Strong communication skills on the telephone
