• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to maintain record of field resource skillset and availability
• Ability to run customer-facing planning meetings and facilitate resourcing issues
• Ability to collaborate with others to achieve results
• Good communication skills and intermediate computer proficiency
