Job Summary
A medical device company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Device Quality Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership and guidance to Quality, Manufacturing, Development, Research and Sourcing departments
- Establishing requirements and assuring product conformance through appropriate inspection and test activities
- Developing and implementing quality planning, inspection methods and defect prevention/corrective action processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 40% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in quality functions
- Must be experienced in all aspects of modern quality control methods
- Experience in dealing with representatives from Food and Drug Administration or other regulatory agencies
- Full working knowledge and experience with all development procedures and processes
- Must have a thorough knowledge of ISO, QSR and other relevant FDA requirements
