Job Summary

A global medical device company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medical Device Quality Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Achieving business alignment and approvals for strategic direction and investment
• Staying abreast of external trends and leading practices for potential company adoption
• Developing QE strategies for disruptive technologies

Required Skills:

• Up to 30% domestic and international travel
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a relevant scientific/technical field
• Functional knowledge of/and experience in Quality Assurance in Medical Device or other healthcare-regulated products
• A minimum of 10 years of technical/engineering expertise/experience
• A minimum of 5 years of people management experience
• Experience working in the regulated healthcare industry
• Knowledge of fundamental quality engineering principles
