Job Summary
A medical communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with Medical Writers to ensure on-target communication, clinical accuracy, and delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Leading medical team in meeting both timeline and budgetary parameters
- Planning, managing, and reviewing scientific presentations and publications and help develop medical education programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Procure and maintain appropriate travel documentation
- MD, PharmD, or PhD degree
- 5+ years of experience with a medical education company or clinical equivalent
- Experience in developing medical and marketing concepts through critical analysis of data
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing
