Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Director in Fresno.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Meeting with providers and other health care stakeholders to build relationships and execute collaborative projects
• Interpreting and administering company medical policies and clinical guidelines
• Generating appropriate written correspondence to providers, members, and regulatory entities

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel in Northern CA up to 30%
• MD or DO
• Requires current, unrestricted CA license to practice medicine
• Current ABMS recognized board certification
• At least 3-5 years of post-residency clinical experience
• At least 3-5 years of medical utilization management experience
