Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Information Operations Specialist 2 in Durham.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process Safety data according to applicable regulations
• Perform Pharmacovigilance activities per project requirement
• Determine initial/update status of incoming events

Qualifications Include:

• May require occasional travel
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable Safety Database
• Understanding of applicable global, regional, local clinical research regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's in related field and up to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
