Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare organization is in need of a Telecommute Medical Information Technology Product Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as a customer advocate, promote customer satisfaction and adhere to PHS standards and policies
- Capture and document IT regulatory and business requirements
- Collaborate with others to ensure delivery goals are achieved and maintained
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Must have the ability to translate business/regulatory requirements into technical requirements
- 5 years’ experience in Development/Technical Support of computer systems
- Project Management
