Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Insurance Consumer Experience Professional 2.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Listen to member calls from both Author Care Coordinators & Core Retail Contact Center
  • Develop insights from call listening to drive actions from those insights forward
  • Monitor voice of the customer metrics (NPSt, etc.) and provide root cause analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of consumer operations experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
  • Passionate about continuously improving consumer experiences
