Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Insurance Consumer Experience Professional 2.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Listen to member calls from both Author Care Coordinators & Core Retail Contact Center
- Develop insights from call listening to drive actions from those insights forward
- Monitor voice of the customer metrics (NPSt, etc.) and provide root cause analysis
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of consumer operations experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Able to interpret assignments and understand department strategy
- Passionate about continuously improving consumer experiences
