Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Issue Resolution and Preventative Action Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Deploy Customer Support and Issue Management Model across Optum EverycareNow
  • Establish Customer Support and Issue Management resolution processes, SLAs, and Inventory Controls
  • Manage the resolution, communication, and preventative action process for Major Issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a business process position
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Intermediate Visio skills
