Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Medical Issue Resolution and Preventative Action Lead.
Must be able to:
- Deploy Customer Support and Issue Management Model across Optum EverycareNow
- Establish Customer Support and Issue Management resolution processes, SLAs, and Inventory Controls
- Manage the resolution, communication, and preventative action process for Major Issues
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a business process position
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate Visio skills
