Job Summary
A system integration company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical IT Clinical Application Support Specialist .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Classifying problems as system, training, or process related and recommends corrections
- Instructing end users on new technologies and enhancements
- Applying business systems and applications analysis skills and knowledge in support of medical IT applications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- 5 years clinical care delivery experience
- 3 years of experience in medical IT implementation and support
- Previous team leadership experience
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
