Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Management Specialist I and II.
Must be able to:
- Gather clinical information regarding case and determine appropriate area to refer or assign case
- Conduct initial review of files to determine appropriate action required
- Maintain and update tracking databases
Position Requirements Include:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative and customer service experience with knowledge of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare concepts or any combination of education and experience
- Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
