Job Summary

A health services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Products Intake Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Entering referrals within allotted timeframe as established, while meeting productivity and quality standard
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner and assists caller
• Being responsible for working with community referral sources to obtain compliant documentation

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year work related in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, or billing
• Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, IV or HH environment
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
