A business process company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Recruiter in Falls Church.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Human Capital support to ensure successful human resources processes
- Developing, updating, and communicating departmental policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable regarding contract requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Participate in trade shows
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- At least three (3) years of recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing on various job boards
- Strong knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
