Job Summary
A company that provides medically managed care services is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Registered Nurse Case Manager in West Palm Beach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with the physicians and therapists to set up medical assessments
- Help coordinate the individual's treatment program
- Work with employers on modifications to job duties based on medical limitations
Qualifications Include:
- Valid driver's license required
- Minimum of two (2) years full-time equivalent of direct clinical care to consumers
- Diploma, Associate or bachelors degree in nursing
- A current, unrestricted license or certification
