Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Resolution Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Handling medical claims including medical payments both first and third party,
• Investigating and gathering information, including taking statements as necessary
• Determining and continually evaluating appropriate reserves

Required Skills:

• Ability to attend seminars and workshops as required
• College degree or equivalent
• Experience as a claims resolution specialist or equivalent experience in insurance health care
• Strong knowledge of all first party medical policies and coverages
• Strong knowledge of medical terms and treatments
• Strong investigative and organizational skills and the ability to work independently
