Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Medical Sales Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Executing the roll out of a new compensation model
• Strategizing and creating a plan to roll out a new sales compensation model
• Analyzing the current sales compensation model to determine areas of change/improvement
