Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Scheduler.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts as requests come in
• Reviewing, processing, scheduling and authorizing orders according to department protocols
• Addressing both participant and provider inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment
• Must be flexible with work hours
• Excellent organizational and communication experience
