Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is filling a position for a Telecommute Medical Scheduler.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts as requests come in
- Reviewing, processing, scheduling and authorizing orders according to department protocols
- Addressing both participant and provider inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment
- Must be flexible with work hours
- Excellent organizational and communication experience
