A health management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicare Advantage Plans Solutions Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Standardize and streamline setup of a new MA plan
- Develop, track and report out on performance metrics
- Assist in evaluating potential product changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to be remote and travel
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 10+ years experience in healthcare analytics or related field
- Experience and/or broad understanding of Agile product development methodology
- Analytic capabilities to draw strategy and process to achieve product business needs
- Ability to organize and distill information into an actionable development plan
