Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medicare Advantage Telesales Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Presenting and explaining plans using a consultative approach based on the member's needs and goals
• Explaining company sales, medical underwriting, and enrollment process to set realistic member expectations
• Using active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis with each caller and determine the most appropriate plan

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Medicare Advantage Telesales Agent
• Active resident license in home state
• Active health insurance license in their home state, and willingness to acquire MA license if selected for the position
• Comfortable with soft sell techniques
• Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
