Job Summary

A hospital and medical care company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicare Agent Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the agent-facing ambassador of the company's mission, brand, and platform
  • Providing daily coaching and accountability for our agents
  • Monitoring agent calls and agent performance to identify training gaps

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or training role supporting independent Medicare agents
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development and/or learning and development
  • Extraordinary communication skills, and comfort building relationships with top agents by phone, email, and in person
  • A process-oriented mindset
