Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medicare Case Management Behavioral Health Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging the consumer in their own recovery process
- Developing and implementing recovery plans with consumers
- Educating and encouraging consumers to utilize self-directed treatment
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be a licensed Masters-level mental health professional, licensed Ph.D. or registered psychiatric nurse
- Must have a current, unrestricted license
- 2+ years experience post licensure
- Demonstrated familiarity and experience with the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual and best practice standards for treatment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple proprietary software applications
- Knowledge of or ability to research and connect with community resources
