Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Medicare Operations Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Facilitate internal and external Medicare audit activity
  • Direct operational functions of Medicare products across a market
  • Be responsible for the oversight and execution of all CMS required activities and processes

Required Skills:

  • Travel 10-25% of the time
  • Significant (5+ years) experience in Medicare operations and/or product development
  • Familiarity with regulations and statutes impacting the Medicare business
  • Ability to perform analysis and legal research to identify and clarify issues
  • Business acumen and experience with managing complex processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of functional products experience
  • 1-3 years of product management experience
