A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicare Part D Finance Coordinator .

  • Review and proces members written and verbal requests to update their accounts
  • Communicate concerns and ensure a positive experience for Medicare Part D beneficiaries
  • Update member accounts and document all actions taken within multiple systems

Required Skills:

  • 1+ Microsoft Office experience, in a professional environment
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to prioritize work with minimal oversight
  • Ability to gather and validate information from different systems
  • Ability to resolve member requests quickly with great attention to detail
  • Ability to provide clear and concise communication for final resolution
