Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medicare Sales Agent Manager in the Salt Lake City Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and nurturing the Insurance Agent team
- Providing a structured on-boarding process
- Organizing Insurance Agent activities, leads, and territories
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to Conduct ride-alongs to observe sales techniques and ensure alignment with expectations
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of Medicare sales experience or 4 years financial planning sales
- Must have a current/valid insurance license for the state or a current valid Series 6 & 63 license.
- Experience conducting presentations or trainings
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
