Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medicare Sales Agent Manager in the Salt Lake City Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and nurturing the Insurance Agent team
  • Providing a structured on-boarding process
  • Organizing Insurance Agent activities, leads, and territories

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to Conduct ride-alongs to observe sales techniques and ensure alignment with expectations
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 years of Medicare sales experience or 4 years financial planning sales
  • Must have a current/valid insurance license for the state or a current valid Series 6 & 63 license.
  • Experience conducting presentations or trainings
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
