Job Summary
A technology solutions leader is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing telephonic comprehensive medication reviews
- Updating patient profiles based on information gathered during the review
- Reviewing any Drug Therapy Problems to optimize patient’s drug therapy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree, or equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license
- Secure high-speed internet access
- HIPAA secure work space with no background noise
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding telephone skills and etiquette
