Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Meeting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prepare and facilitate weekly team meetings with respective program teams
  • Manage and utilize an internal and client version program timeline
  • Adhere to Client policy on financial and compliance controls for all meetings

Required Skills:

  • 3 years meeting/program planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in database management
  • Firsthand experience of domestic and international group travel
