Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Member Benefits Coding Analyst II in Dayton.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining code level benefit definitions at the Enterprise level for a multi-state and multi-market organization
- Performing and documenting peer review of code level benefit definitions
- Reviewing and assisting in resolving conflicts between benefits and code edit system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of medical coding experience
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Suite
- Critical listening and thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
