A venture capital firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Member Benefits Coordinator in Novato.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate discount outreach from our current members looking to share with other members
  • Build client base and relationships
  • Manage all inbound contacts reaching out to WonderDads to share a perk, discount, or freebie

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in customer experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing a CRM to track leads and status
