Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Member Contact Center Associate in West Hartford.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Councilling members concerning auto travel requests travel, tour, and map products
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Accurately gathering, documenting, and respondin to member needs

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to pick up equipment in West Hartford the week of February 25th
  • Two to Five years of customer sales and service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in the use of computerized systems
  • Proof of Homeowner's or Renter's Insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000
