A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Member Engagement Specialist Call Center Representative.

Must be able to:

• Help an underserved population see the value of joining an innovative program
• Educate and motivate people to enroll
• Represent a program that puts members first and focuses on outcomes

Qualifications Include:

• 1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers
• A demonstrated ability to establish trust quickly
• Excellent oral and written communications with strong listening abilities
• Great phone presence
• Must be technically savvy
• Microsoft Office experience
