Job Summary
An entrepreneur nonprofit needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Member Experience Program Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Defining problems, creating features, and designing solutions on (and off) the platform
- Driving new volunteer advisor and mentor registrations through strategic partnerships
- Ensuring all members who sign up apply for the mentoring program by completing their profile
Position Requirements Include:
- Requires limited travel to meet with team
- BA in business, management, recruitment, HR or similar OR three years of experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service or sales role
- Demonstrate an ability to connect with both underrepresented young adult entrepreneurs
- Comfortable with communication technology (Google Docs, Hangouts, Drive, Webinar technology, etc.)
