Job Summary

A cybersecurity community specializing in the retail market is seeking a Telecommute Member Programs Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Craft and articulate a clear and compelling vision for member-driven programs
  • Clarify problems, scope the mission, and harness member participation
  • Monitor, iterate, and lead programs

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work onsite 1 day a week; ability to travel for client visits/events 4+ times per year
  • 3+ years proven experience owning and executing CXO programs
  • 5+ years business experience in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Advisory, Consulting, or Customer Experience Delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to maximize client value
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
