Job Summary
A provider of business, compliance, and technology services is filling a position for a Telecommute Member Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving and responding to telephone inquiries
- Verifying member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, etc
- Estimating member’s out of pocket expenses for select procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to maintain 100% Attendance During Paid Training Period
- Ability to work the duration of the project
- Strong computer literacy
- Computer &and telephone multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet with 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed
