Job Summary

A provider of business, compliance, and technology services is filling a position for a Telecommute Member Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving and responding to telephone inquiries
  • Verifying member coverages, benefit types, eligibility dates, etc
  • Estimating member’s out of pocket expenses for select procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to maintain 100% Attendance During Paid Training Period
  • Ability to work the duration of the project
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Computer &and telephone multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet with 5 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed
