Job Summary
A management services company has an open position for a Telecommute Member Services Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Establishing and maintaining an environment that encourages teamwork, engagement and ethical behavior
- Maintaining accurate statistical records of performance management, analysis, and reporting of operation metrics
- Assigning, directing and evaluating the work of a Contact Center team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- 3 years of work experience, including 2 years of contact center experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
