Job Summary

A management services company has an open position for a Telecommute Member Services Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing and maintaining an environment that encourages teamwork, engagement and ethical behavior
  • Maintaining accurate statistical records of performance management, analysis, and reporting of operation metrics
  • Assigning, directing and evaluating the work of a Contact Center team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
  • 3 years of work experience, including 2 years of contact center experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
