Job Summary

A digital mental health program is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mental Health Coach in Richmond.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing compassionate support in the process of personal growth
• Building strong rapport through text-based chat

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to attend quarterly in-person trainings at our headquarters in San Francisco
• 6+ months of supervised experience as a coach, counselor or therapist
• MA degree in psychology related field or coaching certification
• Excellent communication, writing and typing skills
• Ability to relate to others and connect quickly
