Job Summary
A provider of distance learning is in need of a Telecommute Mental Health Counseling Contributing Faculty Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing students academically, professionally and personally
- Teaching and mentoring students in their role as mental health counselors
- Using the Blackboard platform
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Some travel could be required (minimally once per quarter)
- Earned doctorate in Counseling or Counselor Education from a CACREP accredited program at an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a mental health professional
- Minimum of three years of experience teaching and mentoring Master's and/or Doctoral level students
- Ability to provide leadership and mentoring for students in the research process
- Interest in establishing a community of mental health students
